Are organic gluten free crackers just made from brown rice, quinoa, with a little sea salt and tamari healthy?
Is eating diary 'bad'? I mean, reasonable amounts like a yoghurt or a cottage cheese on daily basis... it seems like it's a crime (accordig to many fit blogs, instas, tumblrs). does it make you gain weight/fat/something?
Absolutely not! There’s nothing wrong with it! I eat yoghurt and cottage cheese all the time. I mix protein powder into it and have it as my dessert :)
next time you have your oats or muesli can you post a photo on insta! xxx
I’ll try and remember! I’ve been having eggs lately cause I’ve been getting bored of them. Anyone have any yummy oat combos for me to try! I love banana and pb so something with that would be faaab xxx
I want to play with your boobies :)
once you're back into training can you post a video please!
I will! I’m starting tomorrow :) but just taking it easy for a few weeks so I’ll upload one then xox
how much is too much for a cheat? i was feelin a chicken burger, chocolate block and possibly a cupcake if i deserve it! hehe dont judge 🙈🙈
I have way more than that! No judgement at all! And you deserve it, enjoy 👌 wanna share that block of chocolate with me though….. 😏
thoughts on oxyshred?
I’ve tried it once or twice and really liked it and my friend saw amazing results on it :) but it’s not the strongest product on the market, if you’re looking for a strong fat burner body effects or beast 2shredded are the most popular xx
so are them whole meal pastas at coles the same as whole wheat?!
That’s what the anon said! I’m not 100% though, I can’t eat wheat (I’m ceoliac) so I don’t really look at them. I’m sure someone else will read this and let us know though so keep checking my feed xxx
